About the role:
Parks Victoria is seeking a strategic and highly experienced Senior Manager Health and Safety to lead our health and safety function and foster a best-practice, high-performing safety culture across our diverse operations and workforce.
This leadership role is critical to embedding our commitment to a ‘Safety First - Zero Injuries' culture and ensuring the effective implementation of our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System. You'll provide high-level advice, shape organisational policies, and lead a dedicated team of professionals who support safe workplaces for our people, partners, and visitors across Victoria.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the position is also responsible for driving compliance with legislative requirements, delivering impactful safety initiatives, and guiding the organisation through complex risk environments with confidence and care.
