Redress Design and Delivery (RDD) is responsible for administering two redress schemes that acknowledge past harm, provide a range of support options for individuals who have experienced harm, and operate independently from the organisation responsible for causing the harm. It provides high-quality strategic policy advice, and is responsible for administration and delivery of frontline services.
About the role
The Senior Manager, Fiskville reports to, and will work collaboratively with, the Executive Lead, Redress Implementation to effectively deliver redress assessment decisions to applicants. This includes ensuring robust decision making that aligns to legislation, guidelines, and authorised delegations, and delivering a scheme that is victim-centred and trauma-informed.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Ability to understand and apply complex regulatory, compliance and authorisation frameworks relevant to the organisation's operations
Significant leadership and staff management experience, preferably in a service delivery context.
Strong conceptual skills with the ability to analyse complex policy and legal issues, interpret legislation and provide accurate and strategic advice across a range of areas relevant to the schemes.
