Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

The County Court of Victoria is established pursuant to the County Court Act 1958. It has original and appellate jurisdiction and is the principal trial court in the State of Victoria. The Court hears over 12,000 criminal, common law, and commercial cases each year. The County Court has unlimited monetary jurisdiction in common law and commercial matters. In its criminal jurisdiction, the Court hears all indictable offences except treason, murder, and related offences.
There are a total of 80 Judges of the Court and over 300 staff, including judicial support staff. The County Court regularly conducts circuit sittings at 12 circuit courts situated in major centres throughout regional Victoria.

About the Role
The Senior Manager, County Koori Court and Programs is an exciting opportunity for any aspiring Aboriginal leaders seeking to gain experience in management, strategic planning and service delivery. With a dual focus on Court strategy and operations, the Senior Manager will shape culturally relevant programs and services for First Nations court users in the County Court.
In this role you will be accountable for developing, implementing, and monitoring the County Koori Court while also creating broader and more culturally relevant programs across the Court.
You will be working closely with the Judge in Charge of the County Koori Court, Elders and Respected Persons and leading a small team, you will oversee high-quality services to County Koori Court participants.
In collaboration with the Koori Strategic Advisor, you will develop and maintain strong relationships between the County Court and the Victorian Aboriginal community. Together you will drive innovative approaches that support Self Determination, deliver culturally relevant programs and report on progress to key funding and governance bodies.
