Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including residential tenancies, planning and environment disputes, consumer and building matters, guardianship and administration, professional regulation and human rights. About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join VCAT as a Senior Manager, providing operational leadership across the People's Rights and Responsibilities Division. Working closely with senior leaders, Members and Registry teams, you will oversee performance, case management and service delivery, lead operational improvement initiatives, and drive consistent, high-quality outcomes for tribunal users. This role is ideal for a strategic and collaborative leader who enjoys solving complex problems, leading change and improving services in a dynamic justice environment.You will be responsible for:
