THE ROLE
Senior Manager, Performance Improvement
As the Senior Manager, Performance Improvement, you will support the Executive Director, Performance & Governance leading a small team driving simplification, process improvement, revenue generation and issue resolution across Homes Victoria to support more efficient and effective delivery of ongoing core housing processes and capital programs.
Given the importance of the strategic programs being delivered, strong governance over issue resolution and continuous improvement plays a critical role in supporting Homes Victoria programs and enabling transparent reporting to the department, the Victorian government, and other stakeholders.
