About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Legislative Advisor to play a key role in delivering on the development and implementation of legislative and regulatory reforms that support a fair, efficient and sustainable building and construction sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for a legislative and regulatory professional who is passionate about driving meaningful reform and influencing outcomes that make a difference. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, you will contribute to the development, review and implementation of security of payment reforms that improve regulatory performance and support industry outcomes.
In this role, you will collaborate with industry experts, legal advisers, regulators and industry stakeholders to design practical, evidence-based regulatory reforms for Security of Payment legislation. From developing policy and regulatory initiatives and coordinating stakeholder consultation to contributing to legislative drafting instructions and supporting implementation planning, you will help translate complex issues into effective legislative and regulatory solutions.
