About the Role
The Senior Legal Advisor will provide high-quality legal and policy services to the Commission, with a strong focus on guideline development under the Equal Opportunity Act 2010. Over 12 months the Senior Legal Advisor will work in a small team running consultations with employee and employer stakeholders and conducting research to inform the development of resources including drafting a comprehensive guideline
