The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Consultant, to provide a critical role within Transformation Development & Capability.
About the Business Unit
People, Safety, Culture and Communications (PSCC) core functions span the breadth of workplace culture and people matters, including human resource policy and strategy; organisational culture and change; recruitment, redeployment, and retention; performance and development; pay, benefits and workforce reporting; occupational health and safety management; and employment regulations.
The Senior Learning & Development Consultant sits within Learning and Capability (L&C) team, a within Transformation Development and Capability, a business unit in PSCC in the Department of Justice and Community Safety (the department). The L&C team provides process, systems and services to support the department to deliver quality learning services and to effectively train and develop staff capability.
About the Role
This role focusses on creating innovative learning solutions to enable leaders to meet the challenges of leading in a custodial workplace. The Senior Learning & Development Consultant will design frontline leadership solutions including, but not limited to, workshops, webinars, video tutorials, virtual reality and other learning assets. A core aspect is the ability to curate the leadership learning experience resources, microlearning and stretch content.
