About the opportunity
The Senior Land Information and Survey Advisor is responsible for managing all matters relating to the identification of land and the management of land information systems and survey activities, to support the acquisition, purchase, management and disposal of land for project purposes. The role will also provide delivery support for work package teams on key land assembly matters, including land access, acquisition requirements, completions, as well as road discontinuances and associated declarations.
The role involves providing sound professional advice and assistance across Private, Government and Crown Land matters, supporting the appropriate use of powers under relevant legislation and contributing to the broader Land team’s work, in assembling land for rail and infrastructure construction. The role also supports the ongoing management and effective handover of acquired land.
