About the Role
This is a fixed term full time role until 30 June 2029.
The Senior Kindergarten Improvement Advisor is an exciting new opportunity to be part of the Loddon-Campaspe area Early Childhood Improvement Branch. Reporting to the Early Childhood Improvement Branch Manager, the Senior Kindergarten Improvement Advisor will lead and provide high level advice to the Early Childhood Improvement Branch team on complex matters within the Early Childhood sector. This role will lead the Kindergarten Improvement Advisor team, focussing on building the capacity of the funded kindergarten services to continuously improve service and particularly teacher quality. This position will need to draw on past leadership experience and an in-depth knowledge of the early childhood sector.
This role will help lead the Kindergarten Improvement Advisor team to provide a coherent and consisten approach to building the knowledge and practice of early childhood professionals across Loddon-Campaspe Area. This role provides advice and direction around the most complex early childhood matters. This role includes direct line management and recruitment portfolios.
