As we continue through an exciting transformation period, we need you to join us as a Senior IT Project Manager. In this role, you will lead one of WIC's most significant transformation initiatives – the delivery of our new enterprise case management system. This high-profile program will modernise core business operations, enhance service delivery, strengthen organisational capability and support WIC's long-term strategic objectives. Reporting to senior leaders and working across the organisation, you will take end-to-end ownership of the program, leading delivery from planning and governance through to implementation, transition and benefits realisation.
This role requires a strategic and commercially astute project leader who can confidently navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive outcomes across business and technology functions. You will partner with executives, subject matter experts, SaaS vendors and delivery partners to align priorities, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, budget and timelines. Beyond implementation, you will play a critical role in ensuring change is embedded across the organisation, driving business readiness, user adoption and sustainable improvements that deliver lasting value for our people, stakeholders and service users.
