About the role:
The Senior Integrity Investigator conducts complex and sensitive integrity investigations to support a high‑performing, ethical and accountable organisation. The role is responsible for assessing allegations, gathering and analysing evidence, preparing high‑quality investigation reports and ensuring matters are managed in line with legislative, policy and procedural requirements. Working with stakeholders across the organisation and external stakeholders, the Senior Integrity Investigator supports prevention, detection and response activities and contributes to strengthening a culture of integrity, compliance and good governance.
The Integrity and Complaints team delivers a central, accessible service for receiving and managing integrity matters and complaints from staff, service users and the community. The team assesses each matter to determine the most appropriate response, prioritising timely resolution where possible and escalation or referral where issues are serious, systemic or in the public interest. The team supports fair outcomes, statutory compliance and service improvement by applying consistent processes and learning from complaints and integrity matters.
