The Public Enquiry Service Division provides a range of public facing services including national police checks, fingerprinting services, traffic accident reports and crime reports for insurance purposes.
About the role:
We are looking for two experienced and people focused Senior Information Officers to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high performing group responsible for delivering high quality outcomes that support informed decision making in line with legislative, policy and procedural requirements.
As the successful applicant, you will oversee day to day operations of a team that updates and releases crime related data and other sensitive information within a complex policy and legislative framework in a high-volume environment. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, supporting stakeholder relationships, championing change and fostering a positive team culture.
