What you will do
As a senior industry officer kitchen, you will help run the prison's commercial kitchen and catering operations. You will combine kitchen leadership, workplace training and safe prisoner supervision.

You do not need a formal qualification to apply. A commercial cookery, catering or food-industry qualification is desirable and advantageous.
You must complete, or be willing to complete, Corrections Victoria pre-service training. Correctional practice and training qualifications are also desirable.
