THE ROLE
The Senior Improvement Officer in the Performance Improvement Team leads continuous improvement initiatives across a broad range of subject areas within the organisation. The role includes identifying issues, analysing complex information, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement more efficient and effective processes. The role requires strong conceptual and analytical capability, stakeholder facilitation, and change management skills to ensure improvements are embedded and benefits are realised. Ultimately, your efforts will enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation. This directly contributes to Homes Victoria's mission of More and Better Homes for Victorians.
