Austin Health is seeking a talented and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. About the People & Culture Department
The role sits the HR Business Partnering function within the People & Culture team and acts as a trusted partner to stakeholders and organisational leadership teams. People & Culture is one of eight departments reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will play a critical role in translating organisational priorities into practical, high-impact people solutions. You will partner across diverse clinical and corporate portfolios to strengthen leadership capability, drive organisational change, improve workforce outcomes and enhance the employee experience.
