Workforce Reporting and Analysis is modernising the way workforce insights are delivered across the organisation, with a focus on strengthening data-driven decision-making and progressing towards a more integrated analytics capability. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to new reporting solutions, improve analytical capability and help shape how workforce information supports organisational outcomes. About the role:
The Senior HR Analyst supports the delivery of workforce insights that inform operational and strategic decision-making across Victoria Police. The role combines operational reporting responsibilities with analytical and improvement-focused work. A key component of the position involves producing cyclical workforce reporting, including extracting, validating and preparing workforce data for regular distribution to stakeholders. Accuracy, consistency and attention to detail are essential. Alongside these responsibilities, you will contribute to reporting improvements, analytical projects, dashboard development and initiatives that enhance the quality and accessibility of workforce information.
