THE ROLE
The Senior Governance Adviser role within the Enterprise & Portfolio Governance (E&PG) team of Homes Victoria is responsible for coordinating multiple program governance forums, developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships and preparation of meeting papers, agendas and minutes. Also, contributing to the development of regular governance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
A critical element of the role will be ensuring that the governance forums are operating effectively and that the maximum value is achieved through each meeting and associated reports/papers.

- Excited about engaging and maintaining strong working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders who, at times, may have competing priorities?
- Effective at managing multiple tasks at the same time, a structured thinker and have excellent written and verbal communication skills?
- Experienced in running effective governance processes that have been focussed on program/project management and delivery?
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Support the design and implementation of the governance arrangements for Homes Victoria capital program delivery forums within E&PG team's oversight role.
- Arrange governance meetings including liaison with senior stakeholders coordinating papers and preparing terms of reference, agendas, taking minutes and follow-up of actions.
- Work closely with the Office of the Chief Executive Officer to ensure the scheduling of meetings balance the requirements of the forums' Terms of Reference and availability of key executives, including managing out-of-cycle meetings and approvals as requested by each forum's Chair or delegates.
