Senior Finance Officer
The Role
The Senior Finance Officer supports the budget and finance operations of Industry, Trade, and Investment group.
The Senior Finance Officer will manage the development, implementation and delivery of divisional financial planning, reporting and monitoring systems, processes and information. This role will also be responsible for providing efficient Procurement and Human Resources, Workforce Planning & Reporting support across the divisions to enhance the divisional capability.

The position of Senior Finance Officer forms a part of the Industry, Trade and Investment Services Branch within the Industry, Trade and Investment Group.
The Industry, Trade and Investment (ITI) group works closely with businesses locally and globally to grow Victorian jobs, drive innovation and increase Victoria's international competitiveness. ITI champions Victoria as a destination of choice for trade and international investment, international education and innovation. ITI harnesses specialist knowledge of key industries and global markets to develop Victoria's priority sectors, boost trade activities, enhance productivity and contribute to economic growth.
About You
You will use your extensive experience with budget and financial management in large complex organisations, including knowledge of financial system Oracle, to achieve the objectives of the Branch. Use your ability to plan and organise priorities, utilising resources and identifying actual and potential barriers to reaching the objectives of the Branch.
