About the Opportunity
The Senior Finance Business Partner supports the Manager Business Planning and Reporting in delivering strategic financial insights, driving best practice in resource allocation and budget performance management, and delivering timely, accurate financial reporting to enable informed decision-making at the executive level.
The Senior Finance Business Partner collaborates closely with managers and senior leaders, leveraging their strong professional relationships to deliver high-quality financial analysis and strategic advice to enhance organisational performance. The Senior Finance Business Partner ensures alignment of financial practices with organisational priorities, facilitates efficient resource utilisation, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve financial outcomes and organisational effectiveness.
The Senior Finance Business Partner also serves as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, supporting it in navigating complex financial challenges and achieving strategic goals while maintaining compliance with legislation, policies and accounting standards.
