About the Role
The Senior Finance Business Partner is an integral position within the Finance Business Partnering function of the Finance Division responsible for providing effective and efficient financial business partnering services to internal clients. These services include financial budget and forecast development, actual financial performance monitoring, analysis and reporting, and project/program financial management.
The position requires the incumbent to effectively lead and manage employees in the provision of finance business partnering services. Further, the incumbent will be required to provide expert advice and guidance to internal clients, apply well developed engagement skills, creative and advanced problem-solving skills and specialised financial management skills in the provision of financial business partnering services to assist internal clients in their decision making and business performance.

The DTP is seeking an accomplished finance professional with strong communication and collaboration skills to build authentic relationships and deliver high-quality outcomes. You will apply critical thinking, business acumen, and stakeholder management expertise to solve complex problems, drive value, and support strategic decision-making. Demonstrated experience in management accounting, financial operations, and statutory reporting along with proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Oracle) and Microsoft 365 is essential.
