About the role
Working under the guidance of the Manager - Facilities, this role coordinates day-to-day facilities services and contractor activities, assists with planned and reactive maintenance, and helps deliver office and depot moves, refurbishments and front-of-house services.
The position maintains accurate facilities records and asset registers, monitors service requests and performance against service levels, and provides timely customer service and advice to internal stakeholders on facilities procedures and requirements.
