THE ROLE
The Senior Executive Support Coordinator supports key business functions in Statewide Disability and Housing Operations (SDHO) Directorate in a highly sensitive and complex environment. These varied functions include high-level executive support to the Executive Director, governance and secretariat functions, drafting high-quality written materials including briefings, meeting papers and correspondence, supporting Cabinet briefing processes, coordination of divisional reporting, planning and managing staff events, and other projects as directed. The role manages processes to ensure the division meets expected quality and timeline metrics.
The Senior Executive Support Coordinator liaises with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, operating with a high-level of professionalism, initiative, confidentiality and collaboration to develop and sustain strong and effective stakeholder relationships.
Working closely with senior staff to uphold the effective and efficient operation of the SDHO Directorate, the Senior Executive Support Coordinator provides support to develop and implement new ways of working, including the development and maintenance of divisional guidance materials.
The SDHO Directorate is a dynamic working environment. The role requires a multi-skilled, responsive, and proactive individual able to prioritise tasks and be flexible to changing priorities.
