About the role
Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) is seeking a Senior Evaluation Advisor to help us plan, monitor, and evaluate our First Nations programs and projects so we can continue to learn, improve, and make a real difference.
This role supports VLA's First Nations Services team to build strong, culturally appropriate ways of learning from our work. Working within the First Nations Services team, you will contribute to VLA's commitment to access to justice by:
You'll work closely with program managers and staff to provide practical advice and support on planning, monitoring, and evaluation. You'll also help build the capability of our teams to collect and use information that helps us reflect, learn, and improve.
This is an identified position. Our preferred candidate must have experience working with First Nations communities and programs.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country, but we welcome applications from candidates outside the Melbourne metro area.
