About the Role
The Senior Engagement and Programs Officer leads the localised stakeholder engagement for the Academy across the Academy's seven Regional Centres (Bairnsdale, Ballarat, Geelong, Bendigo, Geelong, Mildura, Moe and Shepparton). This includes engagement with key system leaders, schools, and networks to assist in planning and delivering professional learning aligned to the needs of the area.
The Senior Engagement and Programs Officer will have a strong understanding of the professional learning offered by the Academy and plays a leadership role within the Division, working with internal Academy and local external DE, Catholic, and Independent school teams to plan, design, procure, and deliver professional learning to meet local needs.
The position can be operated out of any of the seven regional centres. It will require periodic travel to the Academy's centres in Melbourne.

About the Division
The Regional Division operates seven Regional Centres (Bairnsdale, Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong, Mildura, Moe, and Shepparton). The Division is responsible for the delivery of Academy flagship and localised professional learning, forums and statewide conferences. The teams undertake engagement with government, Catholic, and Independent schools and sectors to facilitate professional learning that is aligned to high-quality Academy standards across the state.
The Regional Division works closely with the Academy's other Divisions for seamless participant support and customer service, overarching end-to-end program management, learning space and technology management and coordination of statewide program delivery.
