Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

VCAT
The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. VCAT is committed to delivering an accessible service for all Victorians and is transforming our digital products and services to make it faster, easier, and more convenient for people to come to the tribunal.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting communication, engagement and organisational change across VCAT during a period of significant transformation. As the Senior Engagement and Change Support Advisor, you will lead and coordinate communication and engagement initiatives that keep staff, members and stakeholders informed, connected and engaged.
Working closely with teams across VCAT, Court Services Victoria and the broader justice sector, you will provide trusted advice, build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver strategic communication and engagement activities aligned to VCAT's Communication and Engagement Roadmap. You will partner with project and business teams to support change initiatives, coordinate communication priorities and help strengthen VCAT's capability to effectively engage with its people and stakeholders.
This role is ideal for a proactive communications and engagement professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing outcomes and delivering practical solutions in a dynamic and evolving environment.
