Senior Education and Compliance Advisor

Salary range Grade 5: $106,845 - $118,057 (this range is subject to increase following current EBA negotiations)

About the role
At VIT, we are seeking an experienced Senior Education and Compliance Advisor to drive key compliance processes, provides specialist education to stakeholders, and plays a critical role in monitoring and improving regulatory standards and teacher registration outcomes.
You will be responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of risk based compliance frameworks that support VIT's strategic objectives in relation to teacher registration.

KSC 1 Demonstrated knowledge of risk-based regulatory practices and processes, particularly as they relate to compliance monitoring, compliance-based investigations and assisting stakeholders to comply through effective education strategies
KSC 4 Demonstrated abilit y to lead and deliver projects end-to-end, including planning, prioritisation, risk management and evaluation.
KSC 8 Experience in the delivery of risk-based compliance frameworks in registration / licensing in a regulatory environment is required
