Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. About the Role
The role provides senior technical leadership for VCAT's Case Management System (CMS) platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will be translating complex business requirements into scalable and architecturally sound technical solutions. It ensures the ongoing reliability, governance and continuous improvement of the CMS platform while aligning technical design with enterprise architecture standards, Microsoft best practices and organisational priorities.
You will play a key role in guiding development teams, overseeing solution design, managing technical risk and ensuring the platform supports efficient tribunal operations and service delivery. In this role, you will:
About You
The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform technologies including Model Driven Apps and Power Automate. You will also have strong development capability in C#(.NET), java-script or TypeScript and experience designing integrations using REST APIs and Azure services incuding Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
You will have a strong knowledge of data modelling, workflows and business process flows within Dynamics 365 environments and demonstrated experience producting architecutral artefacts such as solution design documents and interface specifications. You will demonstrate:
