About the role:
The Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing is seeking a Senior Digital and Data Officer to lead the management and enhancement of the organisation's digital and data systems. Working across the organisation, they will oversee management of ICT services (via Cenitex), develop new digital infrastructure, and build and manage databases that support decision making and operational efficiency.
Reporting to the Manager, Engagement and Communications, the Senior Digital and Data Officer will ensure the organisation's ICT systems, CRM, platforms, and databases are stable, secure, and fit for purpose. They will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage system performance, lead digital improvement initiatives, and support the integration of new technologies and platforms that strengthen the Centre's capability to share knowledge, innovate and collaborate effectively. They will provide data-driven insights through dashboards, reporting, and analytics to support evidence-informed decision-making.

The Collaborative Centre plays a central role in system transformation and over the next three years, we will prioritise translational research and systemwide workforce training and capability development, particularly for the Lived and Living Experience workforce.
Through our existing partnerships with clinical, academic and lived experience organisations we will produce and amplify research informed by Lived and Living Experience and translate the outcomes of that research into new and innovative models of care for better mental health and wellbeing outcomes for all Victorians.
