About the role
The Senior Delivery PMO Officer supports the consistent, efficient, and strategically aligned delivery of Parks Victoria's capital projects and asset management programs. The role works within the Delivery Project Management Office to apply, maintain, and improve project governance frameworks, portfolio monitoring, performance reporting, and capability-building initiatives that underpin effective infrastructure delivery.
The position contributes to organisational success by supporting sound project planning, risk management, and reporting practices that ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with Parks Victoria's strategic priorities. Play a key part in supporting Parks Victoria's transformation and “back to basics” approach, ensuring Victoria's parks and reserves are managed sustainably and remain accessible to all visitors, while protecting their natural and cultural values.

About The Operations and Delivery Division
The Operations and Delivery Division leads Parks Victoria's on-ground park management operations, including joint management partnerships with Traditional Owners, construction and maintenance of visitor infrastructure and assets, community engagement and education activities, compliance and enforcement operations, conservation programs and commercial facility management.
The Division brings together end-to-end accountability for the on-ground management of Victoria's parks and reserves, including designated local ports and waterways, directed by the guardrails and guidance set by organisational centers of expertise and supported by corporate enabling functions.
