What you'll do
As a Senior Data Analyst at the Victorian Public Sector Commission, you will turn workforce data into clear insights that help government make better decisions.
You will collect, check and analyse data from across the Victorian public sector. You will design reports, dashboards and visuals that show key trends and help people understand what the data means.
You will support projects such as the People matter survey and other workforce collections. You will make sure data is accurate and accessible and help build tools that make it easier for others to use.

You work well with others and can build strong relationships across teams. You are curious, detail-focused and motivated to deliver useful, high-quality analysis.
Experience with workforce or government data is an advantage, but we value your problem-solving skills and willingness to learn most.
