The opportunity
The Senior Customer Education Administrator provides team support and focuses on the arranging venues and schedules. This position also has input into the design, scheduling, planning and delivery of high quality, timely education services to SRO customers to support them in understanding their obligations and entitlements.

You will need to upload:
KSC 1. High level administrative skills including the ability to arrange venue hire and negotiate effectively with venues to ensure SRO presentation needs are met.
KSC 3. Experience in developing and delivering high quality public presentations, customer information/education seminars and other relevant activities focusing on state tax obligations.
KSC 4. Demonstrated skills to manage the schedules of a small team of specialist staff including the planning of programs and organisation of venues and facilities. High level skills in the use of MS Teams, MS Teams Events (or alternatives), MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud and other applications relevant to the production of high quality customer education activities.
