Join us in building better connections for Victoria by:
Support the VIDA Roads project wide team in the ongoing maintenance and improvement of cost control functions for the various VIDA Roads projects to ensure project budgets are realistic and cost can be readily monitored and reported.
Maintain the Project Controls System (EcoSys) to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting is provided in a timely manner. This includes managing the EcoSys reporting system to ensure data integrity.
Responsible for all aspects of project cost control including developing time phasing budgets, reporting cost deviations, cash flow reporting, cost forecasting and change management.
Coordination of the Month End Cost Reporting Cycle for responsible projects.
Preparation of the monthly financial reports and contribute to the maintenance of the Contracts Variation Register.
Play an active role in the planning and delivery of a variety of projects within the VIDA Roads portfolio. Working with the project delivery teams, the Senior Cost Controller is responsible for a wide variety of project-based tasks and ensuring that VIDA Roads is meeting ongoing internal and external reporting requirements to ensure the successful delivery of the projects.
This opportunity is a 3-year fixed-term.
