About this Opportunity
This role is responsible for coordinating the governance and administrative processes that support the effective operation of committees and forums, as well as the delivery of Cabinet, Ministerial and PAEC-related functions within the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA). The position involves working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to manage and distribute sensitive documentation. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgement, excellent time management, and the ability to operate in a responsive and professional manner. To thrive in this role, you will be a team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. You will demonstrate initiative in supporting continuous improvement across administrative systems and processes.
