About the Role
This newly created, ongoing position plays a key role within CFA's Performance Improvement team, a team dedicated to assessing operational performance and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
As the Senior Coordinator Program Delivery, you will support the delivery of state-level activities and initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and performance. A central focus of the role is the day-to-day management, coordination and processing of CFA's False Alarm Charging (FAC) program, aimed at reducing false alarms from monitored fire systems in protected premises.
In this role, you will provide authoritative advice and effective issue management across a range of complex matters within the portfolio. The role requires strong capability in managing challenging stakeholders, applying sound conflict-resolution skills, and navigating sensitive or contentious matters with professionalism. You will work closely with the Senior Coordinator to ensure consistent oversight and coordination across the broader portfolio.
You will prepare high-level documentation and reports, providing specialised knowledge regarding your programs, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and the wider organisation. You will apply critical thinking to analyse complex performance improvement and FAC data to deliver actionable recommendations.
Success in this role relies on your ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across CFA business units, as well as with external stakeholders, ensuring cohesive and informed decision-making across the organisation.
About You
You bring a strong mix of analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement and organisational insight, supported by qualifications in business, data or analytics, or equivalent experience. You're confident interpreting complex information, applying sound judgment and delivering practical solutions.
Your communication style is clear and impactful, making technical content easy to understand. You lead with influence and collaboration, building strong relationships across teams and stakeholders. You're comfortable navigating challenging conversations and driving constructive outcomes.
Highly organised and adaptable, you manage competing priorities with ease, distil key requirements quickly and deliver accurate work under pressure. Experience with financial processes and regulatory or compliance environments will set you up for success.
