THE ROLE
The Senior Contract Manager will oversee the strategic and operational management of Homes Victorias contracted service providers responsible for undertaking safety check inspections, as required under the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (RTA), across Homes Victorias property portfolio. The role involves contract management, stakeholder liaison, reporting, site inspections, auditing and ensuring safety check inspections functions efficiently, safely, and productively for our renters.
