The role focusses on enhancing strategic engagement practice across the commission's economic regulatory functions and consumer protection frameworks. The role will lead strategic engagement activities and generate engagement insights that inform policy initiatives, regulatory decision making and improvements in the engagement obligations on regulated sectors that are part of the commission's pricing and consumer protection frameworks.
