About the role:
The Senior Consultant, Organisational Development works in a multi-disciplinary team to deliver strategic initiatives and projects to uplift employee experience and the organisational culture, curating a highly engaged and high performing workforce.
The role uses contemporary, evidence-based organisational development practices to provide advice and consultancy across the department. As a member of the team, it is expected the incumbent to collaborate within the team and other functional areas to design, develop, deliver and evaluate tools and resources and department-wide initiatives to improve talent acquisition, employee wellbeing, development and succession planning.
The position plays a key role in the end-to-end delivery of the People matter survey and other tools to measure the employee experience. The position also plays a leading role in the department's annual Employee recognition awards.
The incumbent will need exceptional written communication skills and the ability to produce high quality communication materials such as presentations, briefs, guides and resources while effectively identifying and tailoring content to meet the varying needs of stakeholders.
