About the role:
The role of a Senior Compliance Administration and Intelligence Support Officer is responsible for the provision of administrative services to the Compliance Division. In this role, you will ensure the Complaints administrative data bases and filing systems are maintained as required and correspondence is effectively managed. You will also assist in collecting, collating and basic evaluation of inform..ation in respect to intelligence data and assisting with initial evaluation of Freedom of Inform..ation requests.
Some of your duties will include:
Contribute to the delivery of a high level of service to Liquor Control Victoria.
Contribute to the administration activities and support the Intelligence Team by maintaining computer-based systems for the purpose of information and intelligence gathering.
Collate data for Freedom of Inform..ation enquiries and information for pre-hearing reports.

About you:
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
Proven knowledge of general administration duties and responsibilities, within a government environment.
Demonstrated experience in the preparation of reports and correspondence and spreadsheets and the proficient use of software packages and applications.
Good written and oral communication skills and the ability to review and interpret information.
Knowledge of or experience in basic analysis with previous experience in information intelligence analysis is an advantage.
