THE ROLE
The Senior Communications and Engagement Officer plans and implements communication activities across all relevant channels led by the Social Services Regulator (SSR). The role will develop, implement, and oversee communication and engagement strategies, translate complex information into simple, readable, and compelling messaging, and interpret and convey data.
The role will also support the planning and implementation of major events for staff, stakeholders, and the social services sector.
You will play a senior role in building relationships with key stakeholders in complex and sensitive environments. You will apply your communications expertise and insight to identify emergent risks and issues and collaborate to ensure a consistent, integrated, and innovative approach to communications, content and creative development.
