Join the Strategic Communications Division and lead the development of strategic, high-impact communications for one of Victoria's most forward-thinking energy initiatives — the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program.
As Senior Communications and Campaign Adviser, you'll deliver innovative communications and campaign strategies that drive public understanding and engagement with the VEU program. You'll champion the value of energy efficiency, support Victorian households and businesses in accessing upgrades, and play a critical role in shaping how this transformative initiative is seen across the state.
This role is ideal for a senior communications and marketing professional who loves working strategically both above and below-the-line, thrives in a fast-paced environment, with expertise in end-to-end campaign management and a sharp eye for performance metrics.
About the Victorian Energy Upgrades Program
Victorian Energy Upgrades is the state's flagship energy efficiency program. It helps Victorians reduce energy bills and greenhouse gas emissions by encouraging the adoption of energy-saving technologies. As the program expands, you'll help amplify its presence and impact through compelling, well-targeted campaigns.

This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2027. The work location for this position is Melbourne CBD with hybrid work arrangements available.
