About the role
The Senior Communications and Engagement Adviser is part of a small team that delivers communications and engagement services to promote awareness and community understanding of the Workforce Inspectorate and enhance compliance with the law. Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Senior Communications and Engagement Adviser provides high-quality strategic communications advice for both internal and external communications. The Senior Communications and Engagement Adviser will work with relevant stakeholders such as Assistant Directors to develop and implement education strategies, to promote compliance and understanding with our legislation.
The position is also required to manage content for day-to-day communication activities and projects including; management of advertising campaigns, identification of target audiences and liaison with the mainstream media.
