About the role
Reporting to the Manager - Commercial Agreements, the Senior Commercial Agreements Officer coordinates the preparation, assessment and administration of commercial leases, licences, consents and permits within Parks Victoria's governance frameworks. The role ensures documentation quality, due diligence, risk allocation and compliance are consistently applied across the portfolio.
The position acts as a subject-matter resource for agreement processes, workflows, delegations and records, partnering with legal, finance and regional teams to deliver audit-ready outcomes. It contributes to commercial business process improvement and system enhancements that strengthen efficiency and traceability.
