An exciting opportunity exists to join the Mobile Intensive Support Team (MIST) team as a Senior Clinician located in Shepparton: Permanent Part time – 0.8 FTE per fortnight.
Mobile Intensive Support Team provides extended clinical support to adult case managed consumers residing in the shires of Moira, Strathbogie, Mitchell, Murrindindi and the City of Greater Shepparton.
MIST seeks to reduce hospitalisation wherever possible and support individuals through a basic holistic approach that considers each person’s overall biopsychosocial needs.
Hours of operation of the team are Monday to Sunday 7 days a week so some weekend work required.
The suitable applicant with need to demonstrate strong clinical & assessment skills, Leadership abilities, effective timely & supportive communication style as well as a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Adult
Community case management teams. The clinician will be required to communicate effectively with the treating team as required & attend Clinical team review weekly
