Senior Clinician
About the role:
The Senior Clinician at Burnside PARC (BPARC) is a pivotal leadership role within a short-term residential mental health recovery service. Ideal for an experienced clinician, this role offers the opportunity to lead and support a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care to consumers with complex needs. In partnership with a Mental Health Community Support Service (MHCSS), the Senior Clinician provides advanced clinical oversight, coordinates care, delivers discipline-specific interventions, and fosters a culture of learning and continuous improvement. This role directly supports Western Health’s mission to provide Best Care, care that is safe, person-centred, coordinated and right by enhancing consumer outcomes, service quality, and staff capability. Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s prison located in Ravenhall.
