About the Team
The Client Engagement Team is part of our Financial Administration team and works directly with clients across Victoria. Our team travels to meet with clients in person, building trust and understanding to improve the support they receive and ensure their financial plans reflect their current needs and wishes.
About the Role
As a Senior Client Engagement Consultant, you'll represent State Trustees across the East region, visiting clients in their homes or accommodation to keep their financial arrangements current and aligned with their goals and wellbeing.
You'll work independently with strong team support, collaborating with clients, families, advocates, and colleagues to ensure services are tailored and effective.
