About the Role
The Senior Change Manager is a pivotal role in the establishment of the Change Management Office (CMO) within School Digital Services and support of the Securing Connected Learners (SCL) Program. This position is a cornerstone of our efforts to transform how we approach technology change across the department.
This role will be pivotal in the development of our change management methodology, building a robust framework and toolkit that ensures consistency and quality. The role will directly enable our change practitioners to confidently and effectively manage adoption, readiness, and resistance across every program within the School Digital Services (SDS) portfolio.
As a central expert, the role will lead the critical delivery support and assurance to our delivery teams with a focus on the SCL Program.
This is a Fixed Term position until 30/12/2026
