About the role
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Senior Change and Project Officer supports planning and delivery of a large work program to deliver an end-to-end procurement strategy and sourcing project for Whole of Victorian Government (WoVG) office accommodation service delivery.
This includes applying expertise to support project planning and execution, project management, change management, transition management, stakeholder engagement and risk management activities.
The role is responsible for supporting the Senior Project Manager to ensure the procurement strategy and project is managed efficiently and effectively to achieve: best value for Victorian Government; compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirement; stakeholder needs and expectations are considered through all stages of the program; and meeting business objectives as part of an end to end process with transition risks effectively managed to support business continuity and a smooth transition process.
