The Senior Change Analyst supports the ICT Project Portfolio by working closely with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.
The Senior Change Analyst plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of change initiatives across ICT and business transformation projects. Working closely with project teams, stakeholders, and end users, the Change Analyst ensures that change impacts are understood, managed, and communicated effectively to enable smooth adoption and minimise disruption.

About you:
The Department of Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Change Analyst to support the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives. This role plays a vital part in driving organisational change, ensuring new systems, processes, and behaviours are effectively implemented to enhance health outcomes across Victoria.
As a Senior Change Analyst, you will work closely with diverse stakeholders to identify needs, build strong partnerships, and deliver innovative, evidence-based solutions. You will apply a systems thinking approach to understand the interconnections within and beyond the organisation, diagnosing trends and opportunities that inform sustainable change.
Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to assess complex issues, gather and interpret information from multiple sources, and design practical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. You will confidently communicate with a range of audiences, tailoring messages to ensure clarity and understanding while navigating sensitive discussions with professionalism and tact.
