Registration & Licensing Management is a Division within the Department of Transport and Planning, and is responsible for overseeing the VicRoads joint venture including by managing and overseeing the use of driver and vehicle data.
About the Role

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Senior Case Manager works as part of a team to fulfill tasks related to receiving and handling data requests aligned to department policies and procedures. The role includes direct customer contact and requires a solid understanding of data sharing principles.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
